All orders are shipped within 5 business days of you placing the order, depending on your location and the fastest available service. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

How much does shipping cost? 

This varies dependent on the weight and volume of your item. Once you select the items and check-out, it will automatically calculate the shipping cost for you. 

As a general guide, please see the below table for domestic shipping costs  (Prices in AUD);

• Below 500g: $6
• 500g to 1kg: $10 
• 1kg to 3kg: $14 
• 3kg to 20kg: $20

We change between shipping providers/couriers to provide you the fastest shipping service for your location.

If you have specific delivery instructions as well, please include this as part of "notes" upon checking out your order. 

Please note that while we can relay your delivery instructions to the postal provider for your order, we cannot control how they will deliver your order as this is reliant on your local postal delivery service. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

From when the parcel is picked up by the courier: 

• Domestic: Sendle (Approx. 3-10 business days), Australia Post Standard (Approx. 3-10 business days).
• International: Due to COVID-19, we cannot provide an estimate for shipping arrivals for international shipping orders.
